Specification

We have experience in producing the technical specifications required to go to tender for a project. These may be prepared as Design and Construction, Design only or Construction only. We can also produce specifications for ancillary tasks such as Systems Assurance.

Estimation

Based on a project scope, our engineers have the expertise to produce cost estimates to the accuracy required for the various project phases from concept through to detailed design and implementation.

Review

Our expertise, gained from extensive industry experience, allows us to perform a technical review function for specification and design material produced by others.

Scoping and Scheduling

Our engineers have expertise in producing and reviewing schedules to detailed scope to meet customer needs.

Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

Our engineers have expertise in "building the job on paper", presenting this as a WBS with task descriptions, dependencies, inputs and outputs for project components or whole projects.
